QUALIFICATIONS
I inspect the home using a PDA to input the data & then return to my office to proof read & then I generate an easy-to-read inspection report with color pictures. A copy is then e-mailed to my client the same day. I have successfully completed training from Inspection Training Associates and I have over 40 years of experience in residential construction. I am also insured including Errors & Omissions. I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year & I am available Saturdays if needed.
I am a member in good standing of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and have taken & passed the following InterNACHI courses.
On line Inspector Examination. InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course. InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz. I abide by InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics.
